I provide many years of experience in identifying, designing and delivering training programs needed to meet learning objectives within a corporate setting. I recognize training gaps and create highly efficient learning modules from these analyses. I am proficient with creating development solutions based on human performance technology, using follow up evaluation techniques based on specific levels.

I enjoy evaluating diversity in organizations and addressing how this can be used as a competitive advantage based on concepts, skills, and initiatives that are essential components of the ethical practice of diverse and multicultural organizations. I can detect opportunities in areas such as performance management, organizational change, employee motivation, succession planning, ethics, etc. I use my knowledge and experience to assess the influence and impact of social, emotional, and cultural dynamics on organizational strategy, innovation, learning, growth, and competitive advantage. I take pride in appraising the complexity of organizational development systems and functions as an effective change agent through the implementation of evidence-based interventions and psychological research in complex, multicultural teams and organizations.
